Any damage to the property or contents must be paid for in full.

Provisional Bookings remain firm for one week pending the return of written confirmation within 7 days accompanied with the required deposit of £10 per room

Cancellations

In the case of a cancellation, please advise us immediately, we will attempt to re-let the room and return your deposit less a handling charge of £5 per person. If you cancel within 7 days before the start date of your booking or during your booking then you are liable for the whole cost of your booking. You are advised to take out holiday cancellations insurance.

Arrival and Departure

Check in time is 4.00pm - 9.00pm. Your room will be ready for you to occupy from 4.00pm. or earlier by arrangement only. It would be helpful and appreciated if you would be kind enough to give us a call and inform us of your expected time of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
